Delete your account

You can delete your Nannimo account and all your data at any time. Once deleted, your data is removed within 30 days.

In the app

  1. Open Nannimo and go to Me.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Tap Account.
  4. Tap Delete my account and confirm.

By email

If you can't open the app, email us from the address or phone number you signed up with and we will delete your account for you.

What gets removed

Your profile, photos, plans, messages, and sign-in details are removed within 30 days. Records we must keep by law, and anonymised data that can no longer identify you, may be kept longer.
