Nannimo matches adults (18+) with one nearby person for company. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Your name and the email or phone number you use to sign in.
• An optional profile photo and bio.
• Your approximate city, so we can match you with someone nearby.
• Plans and chat messages between matched people.
• Reports and blocks you make or receive.
• Optional ID badge photos, if you choose to verify.
• A device push token, so we can send you notifications.

Why we collect it

We use this information to run matching, keep the service safe, and let you sign in. Nothing more.

Who sees what

Your phone number and email are never shown to other users. Matched people see your name, photo, bio and the messages you send them.

Sharing

We share data only with the service providers that help us run Nannimo — hosting, email, SMS and WhatsApp delivery, and push notifications. We never sell your data.

Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, your data is removed within 30 days.

Security

We use encryption in transit and limit access to your data to what is needed to run the service.

Children

Nannimo is for adults only. You must be 18 or older to use it.

Your rights

You can access and delete your data at any time. To delete your account in the app, go to Me → Settings → Account → Delete my account. You can also email us at hello@nannimo.com and we will do it for you.
